Although originally designed to wear over a bathing suit, the Tropical Beach Dress can also be worn on its own as an everyday piece: Just pop it over a slip dress or your favorite fitted tank and biker shorts. Instructions are included to make either a dress or a tank top, with unique shaping instructions for each design.
This dress is designed to be worn with approximately 2 to 6 inches of positive ease. Find the finished chest measurement that measures approximately 2 to 6 inches larger than your fullest bust and make that size. Measure at your fullest bust, even if your hips are wider. Your dress will increase at the waist, so choose a size based on your bust measurement. If you are between sizes, size down.
