Description
A poster child for why we crochet the most when the weather gets cold, this beautiful scarf has coziness to spare! Cables and gradual stripes mix surprisingly well to create some serious warm woolen vibes.
It is common to see holes next to crocheted cables, even when worked in a tighter gauge. In this pattern, a clever technique is used to close those ubiquitous holes and make the back of the fabric neat and tidy. When working across the wrong side rows, the unworked tops-of-stitches from the row below are joined together with the stitches in the working row, closing up those annoying gaps, and making this scarf look great on both sides.
