The Mahonia Cardigan is crocheted in a continuous manner, with no seaming required. We start with a yoke, then short rows are used to slightly raise the back of the cardigan. A continuous ribbed border is added at the end around the neck, front opening and bottom hem. The pattern offers 2 options for the sleeves: a short sleeve version and a 3/4 sleeve version. Both versions of the sleeves finish with the same ribbed border used for the neck/front opening/bottom hem. Yardage for short sleeves version: 740 yd (XS), 840 yd (S), 900 yd (M), 1030 yd (L), 1130 yd (XL), 1220 yd (2XL), 1330 yd (3XL), 1450 yd (4XL) Yardage for 3/4 sleeves version: 910 yd (XS), 1010 yd (S), 1115 yd (M), 1215 yd (L), 1320 yd (XL), 1750 yd (2XL), 1680 yd (3XL), 1800 yd (4XL) The pattern is written in standard American crochet terms!
